1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between Innovate Solution ("Innovate Solution", "we", "us") and you ("you", "your"). If you don't agree, please don't use our website or services.

2. Website use

You may browse our public website for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Scrape, harvest, or systematically download our content beyond ordinary use.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.
• Use our website in ways that violate applicable laws or third-party rights.
• Submit malicious content, malware, or unsolicited promotional material.

3. Products & services

Use of our products (Reservationhub, TripGic, TripMargin, UmrahCore, YourTripDesk) and our development services is governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties. That agreement controls in case of conflict with these Terms. Each product also has its own terms of service published on its dedicated product website.

4. Intellectual property

All content on this website — text, design, logos, code, illustrations — belongs to Innovate Solution or its licensors, and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

"Innovate Solution", "Reservationhub", "TripGic", "TripMargin", "UmrahCore", "YourTripDesk", and our logo are trademarks of Innovate Solution.

5. Your content

If you submit information to us (an enquiry, a brief, a file), you retain ownership. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to use that information for the purpose of responding to you and delivering services. We process it as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Third-party services & links

Our website and products may link to or integrate with third-party services (payment gateways, supplier APIs, analytics providers). We are not responsible for those services. Their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of them.

7. Disclaimers

The website and any free or trial use of our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Paid services are governed by the warranties in your signed agreement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Innovate Solution will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages — including loss of profits, goodwill, data, or business — arising out of or related to use of the website or our free services, even if we have been advised of the possibility. For paid services, liability is governed by your signed agreement.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Innovate Solution, its officers, employees, and agents from claims arising out of your misuse of the website or breach of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the website at any time, for any reason, including suspected violation of these Terms. Termination doesn't affect rights and obligations that survive by their nature (intellectual property, limitation of liability, governing law).

11. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the competent courts of Singapore, unless your signed services agreement specifies otherwise.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. The "last updated" date at the top indicates the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Severability & entire agreement

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms (together with any signed services agreement and our Privacy Policy) constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the website.
