From one booking engine to a platform.
The first booking engine ships
Innovate Solution is founded with a clear mission — build the travel technology that small and mid-sized OTAs can't get from the incumbents. The first product, a simple flight booking engine, goes live within six months. Five customers in year one.
Hotel and OTA inventory expands
Direct hotel supplier integrations push our property reach into the hundreds of thousands. Our booking platform becomes the standard for small-to-mid OTAs across South Asia and the Middle East.
Multi-language, multi-currency platform
The Bangladesh engineering office is established. The product becomes truly multilingual and multicurrency. Supplier roster crosses 200 sources.
Headquarters established in Singapore
As the customer base broadens across APAC and the Middle East, the headquarters is established in Singapore to put commercial and customer-success teams at the centre of our largest markets. The UAE office opens to anchor Middle-East operations.
Source Code Edition launches under Reservationhub
After repeated requests from large agencies and consolidators, we ship the on-premise edition of our booking platform. First sale closes within 60 days. 24/7 customer support coverage goes online.
TripGic launches as a standalone travel API
The infrastructure underneath our booking platform ships as a standalone product: a clean REST API exposing all our supplier integrations. 800+ airlines, 2M+ hotels, day one. The Reservationhub product family now spans SaaS, source-code, and API editions. The team works across three time zones — Singapore, the UAE, and Bangladesh.
TripMargin enters development
Our newest product takes shape — a profit-protection platform built specifically for independent travel agents tired of competing on discount. Launch is imminent; the dedicated site at tripmargin.com is already live.
